Rented a ice machine for my hip at a fraction of the cost a Nice ice machine. Jenny helped us and gave us some tips on the compression socks. She was so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend !!!!

I have been dealing with this store for a few years and everyone, especially Jenny are exceptional at their jobs. Their customer service is spot on. Customer service is a big thing where I work and we always get compliments on it. Seeing another company providing exceptional customer service is nice to see in today's world. I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone.

Jenny was delightful from the moment I called and helped within minutes to secure a wheelchair for my mom. It was delivered on time, in excellent condition, and the rental price was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend Affinity for all your medical equipment needs. I will, for sure, call them again!!

I had an emergency my Driver Nitro walker buckled (my fault) I cant get around without it I called Affinity, where I had bought it a few years ago, to ask if they could get it fixed for me. Matt was very helpful said to come in because they would have to look at it and mentioned a loaner. He took my name and phone number and since he left before I could get there, he made sure others were aware of my issue. When I arrived, Tyler wound up helping me. He came out to my car and unloaded my walker saw the problem and said that he would check if they had the replacement parts to fix my walker. He mentioned the cost to fix it. Then he took it inside and immediately fixed it and got me a discount since I had bought my walker from them. Tyler was so polite, helpful and just plain awesome!!!! Thank everyone at Affinity for always treating me so wonderfully!!! Their products are top notch and fair priced and I highly recommend Affinity for your medical equipment requirements I had also bought a few additional items from them over the past few years.
