I highly recommend Dr. Zini and Nurse Tuan. I feel very comfortable sharing my medical information and being examined. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful, especially Sonya!

They never call you back. To hard to speak to someone working there. Appts are impossible to get unless booking out greater than 6 months. Not a smooth flowing process at this location for several physicians there.

Im a current patient and Im leaving for a new primary care doctor. The customer service in this location is horrible. I had blood work done a month ago and never heard from them. I called a week and a half later and left a VM with no return call. Tried again and nothing. I called baycare customer service to be able to have someone to talk to me. Now its been two weeks since they prescribed me something. My insurance wont cover it and CVS has sent over two requests via fax for them to prescribe something else and they havent heard from them. If youre looking for a primary care doctor whos staff is responsive and has good communication I would go somewhere else.

I had a great experience with the providers I saw including a female nurse & male nurse practitioner. Although, the other staff is more of my issue First, I believe the front desk didnt verify my insurance properly & I was the one who found the mistake so if I have a billing issue because of this I will be very upset. Secondly, they were kind to me when I came in but when my partner came in, they proceeded to mispronounce his last name (which is fine), but when he went inside they were sitting there laughing (very loudly) at his last name & repeating it First of all, its not that funny that you cant pronounce a name correctly and second, you shouldnt be laughing at patients names, thats purely unprofessional. Ive managed a practice for 3 years and would have never tolerated something like that. Just because its an Arabic last name Patients can hear you laughing when theyre in the room. How am I supposed to trust that they dont talk badly about patients when were not around I dont think Ill come back again because of this Patients dont want to come in to this kind of attitude from their doctors offices

I have been a patient for a couple years and always debated going elsewhere. When calling this office, you never get a live person. Leave a message for return call and they never call you back. Horrible customer service. And honestly, the doctors I have seen are quite stuck-up and clearly demonstrate it. Like I am intruding on their day, awful! They never take me on-time and when I am finally seen, it is rushed and only a 15 minute "consult". I have finally lost my patience with this location and am going to find a different primary care doctor and staff. I have tried calling for an entire week to reschedule an appt and never got a call back after 3 messages and a text message from them that they would call me. I have made 13 calls this week to them, nada. Worst service ever!
