        Very unprofessional. Website clearly highlights residential services, but then they informed me they are only commercial. Very misleading.

        I went in to get some keys cut. He didnt have the blank, and said it was no longer available. I checked on Amazon while I waited for him to try to find them and found a pack of 10 and ordered it. When they came in I went in and one of his guys cut all 10 for me. When I went to pay they said they dont charge to cut if you bring the blank. I was surprised as I full well expected to pay the full price. The owner basically insulted me, yelled at me and basically threw me out of the store! I was there quite awhile waiting for the keys to be cut and witnessed him treat several other customers similarly. This guy just aint right. Would never do biz with him again. IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: nice try! Its definitely your place. After the way I was treated Id certainly never forget!

      No one , including myself the owner, have any recollection of you as a customer. It appears you have the wrong company.Regardless, you stated you brought your own blanks, they cut them, and then did not charge you. That appears to be excellent customer service. Why would any company do something nice for you and then yell at you and throw you out of the store???
