This is the waiting room to the underworld. If you are returning equipment go to UPS that's what the store is going to tell you. Arrived as they opened, waited in line for an hour. Every transaction seems to require a Manager.

Robert from 66th store in St Petersburg FL was the rudest person. He was mad at me because I returned a modem which he said I couldn't do that.
I should have gone to ups instead. Mind you, I had an email with a number to return. He forcefully open box, took everything out, throwing to to the spots. Printed a return receipt to sign as he kept tapping his pen on it. Then he threw to receipt at me. Manager needs to have a serious chat with him. I'll never go back there. I would cancel service first.

I'll be straight to the point on this one. The hands-on customer service that I received from Finnegan S. and Shiyana D. at this Spectrum location was absolutely exemplary. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with these two professionals! Thanks for providing the assistance that I needed, and more!

I marked one star as the system wouldn't allow me to leave no stars. Customer service is horrible at 1402 66th St N, St. Petersburg, FL 33710 went there to return equipment of a family member who past away. I was instructed by rep over the phone that i could return this equipment at the spectrum store or ups store. I went to the spectrum store to return this equipment however they were busy and I was ask to sign in to be assisted. I informed the person who approached me I wasn't there for myself and he state no problem please sign in. He saw I had a bag of equipment but didn't say a word. after waiting for twenty minutes my name was called. At which point I was informed I couldn't return the equipment with out ID. my issue is that the first person could've told me this and wouldn't have waste my time waiting.
