Jonathon Douglas and his team were amazing helping us to fight the insurance company to replace our roof (by law). He was always prompt on our meetings, knew how to negotiate, explained everything very clearly in layman's terms, he wasn't smarmy and we could tell he wasn't trying to rip us off. And when we came to an settlement with the Insurance company, he took less than his previous agreed payment to help us out. Fighting an insurance company is a long and arduous process and they make it that way on purpose - but Jonathon Douglas stayed the course and got us the fair settlement to repair our roof we were owed. I now consider Jonathan 'my Lawyer' when I have any other concerns.
