I've had State Farm for a few years now and Tovah has always come through when I had issues or just random questions. She's been available whether it's a phone call or an email and has assured me when I was concerned over billing. Tovah ensured to look into it and she has always kept her word. Kept emailing me and thanking me for my time when I have never met with them and never even heard of them until the email. In fact this agency is located in St. Petersburg, and I don't live anywhere close to that. I am not real fond of people emailing me without my permission.

Amazing office. Always there to help. Friendly and they actual answer the phone ...They actually know their customers. I hardly have to say who I am as they know. The office staff acts like your family and always go out of their way to help. If you need insurance call them. You will be taken care of very well.

Tovah is awesome. Our auto insurance went up, I called Statefarm to have a new quote, Tovah checked it out, nothing could be done. Tovah suggested that my husband & I take the AARP driversafety class. She sent us the website. We did, and now our premium is gone down. Thank you Tovah! We really appreciate it. Philomene
