Who are those geniuses who design, approve and construct this station roof with half missing tiles? Not protecting against sun nor rain in one of the most sunny and rainy state 👏👏👏

I did a lot of research after my diesel engine failed on my Catalina 42. Replacing it with a new Yanmar was outrageously expensive and still would have been a huge undertaking. I decided to go all electric and picked the QT20 motor system. Nancy with Electric Marina has been with out a doubt 100% committed to my helping my on my project. She has always been there when I had any question or concern. I am in the military and traveled a lot and Nancy was always patient on waiting for information on me to make sure everything was going well. I am very glad I went with this system and through Electric Marina. I have been asked many times around my marina about my electric motor setup and have been amazed by the lack of peoples understanding that it is really a great alternative than diesel. I enjoy the thought of having a careless motor with so little maintenance always ready to get me on and off the dock with enough power to get me into that harbor and put my sails up. Nancy has recommenced the perfect setup with the right amount of battery storage for just me need. She was always on top of every piece being tracked and delivered to me, making sure I had all the information. If anyone is looking for a way to re-power, go electric. I bought my Island Packet L24E from here November 2016. Nancy was and has been fabulous in this transaction. She gave me options for transport from Florida all the way to me in Huntington Beach, CA and she flew here for when the boat arrived and taught me and my family the basics of boating (our first time ever owning a boat!). She arranged for upgrades at our local marina shop. We were in constant contact via text and phone calls....and believe me we had a million questions after she left because we forgot most of what she said due to the excitement. There were some issues that came up and she handled them quickly and held my hand through everything! I highly recommend her and the Electric Marina and when I upgrade to a bigger boat.....Nancy is the one to handle that too!!

I wish I could give them 16,000 negative stars, one for every dollar they stole from me. Do not buy a boat from Island Packet Yachts or The Electric Marina, they are both crooks. I purchased a boat from Island Packet that had many warranty issues that they ignored and I placed a $16,000 deposit on a second boat that they never delivered yet they kept my money. They actually delivered the 2nd boat to their dealer Nancy Frainetti at The Electric Marina with a $16,000 discount, using my money, without my permission. Nancy Frainetti, Bill Bolin and Bob Johnson promised to reimburse me for my down payment when they sold the boat from underneath me but that was 2 years ago and I have not seen a cent. The boats are poorly built compared to the original models. Stay away from this company. They should all be in jail for fraud and theft.

I purchased my boat from the Electric Marina and Nancy Frainetti just over a year ago for a dinner cruise company I launched in upstate New York last season. Not only was Nancy extremely knowledgeable about the boat, she was frequently in touch and available, 100% of the time when I reached out with questions. I arrived the evening before we were scheduled to see the boat and decided to take a walk down to the dock and see if we could catch an early glimpse. Imagine my surprise to see Nancy working there in the dim dusk light to ensure the boat was meticulous for our visit the next day. She has been a Godsend and a wealth of information throughout the entire sale process AND continues to keep in touch to ensure all is well. It is has been an absolute pleasure to work with her and I hope that as my business flourishes that we can do business together in the future.
