    I am a manager at the Hilton Garden Inn. I have had issues with this company returning my calls about a bad credit card they gave us. The guest called and stated she booked through this company but she was double charged. I looked up the reservation in question and noticed that Bill Brown had charged the guest but did not give the hotel any payment. It has been absolutely impossible for me to reach them. The guest is not happy nor is the hotel. I highly recommend not using this company unless you love problem solving with no support.

    Do not use this travel agency major bait and switch. Bought voucher and now they say its no good but they would like to give me 100.00 credit but only if booked through them and there overpriced rates. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!

    We bought a two for one ocean cruise through Bill Browns. They were great until they got our money, then we could not get a hold of them to save our lives. we called, and called, and called. E mailed various times. we had questions that were never answered by people who did not care. The most horrible service that one could imagine. I would swim to my destination before booking a cruise with this outfit again. They make the cruise line look bad. If I ran a cruise line, I would say , "No thank you" to the Bill Brown's Travel Plaza.

    These guys use very sneaky tactics to generate money. The offer incredibly cheap vouchers but then make it exceedingly impossible to redeem them. They do not answer the phone or return messages, not out of lack of interest, their voice mail and automated email responses make it clear that that is their policy. They simply DON'T write or talk to people in person. When my vouchers came they were dated to expire about three months BEFORE date of purchase. I assumed it was a misprint but I had no way or contacting these terrible people to find out, and I never heard back from them trying to redeem it, probably because they looked expired. The coupon service I got the voucher through refunded my money and told me they had terrible experience with this company AND chose to DROP them as a client. As for the one and only good review on Google for their company, take a closer look, is it a coincidence that the person writing the review also gave a 5-star review to an attorney in the exact same building as Bill Brown's? Or that he knew the name of one of the proprietors who "helped him out so much" when these people literally do not answer the phone or return emails? Suspicious, I think!
