Do not recommend they will lie to you and tell you one thing about ordering then another they didn't even want to give me a refund because they said I didn't pay but I had my bank statement I waited a month for my things and they wanted me to wait another month no thanks just go in person cause it's bad new if you don't get in person

Went to the store to make a purchase couldn't decide between the two bought one item and got home and decided I should have got the other one never opened so called to see if I could bring back they told me no once you buy there's no return they said there's a couple signs in the store that say that well I don't read a bunch of signs I go in and get what I want to get and I get out I don't read a bunch of things hanging everywhere but when you purchase something they should explain that policy to you especially when there's two of them just sitting there one of them could explain it why the other woman was checking me out that would probably help since I've read where there's been a couple incidents like this and you can clearly tell that the merchandise was not used just wanted to trade it back in on a different one

Been here several times. Staff is usually kind and professional, and has no problem with a woman carrying a small purse. Today, before I even made it through the doorway with my boyfriend, a lady abruptly asked me to give her my purse or go leave it in the car. My purse is 4 inches by 6 inches. Not some giant tote. Really disappointed in the hostility and mistrust this place now has for its loyal customers. We will find a new place to shop.

Super unprofessional and uncomfortable atmosphere. An irate, threatening customer came in and the employees did nothing to diffuse the situation except laugh him off, then we were approached by an employee asking we not handle the whips unless purchasing how would I know which feels right without picking it up? Made us feel very awkward and unwelcome.
