Going through my records and realized I paid the insurance and never received my full refund, despite YOU cancelling the trip, back in 2020 due to covid. Per the agreement terms, this fell under a full refund and I should have received my full refund, which I did not receive in full and I would still like to receive the rest of my refund that I was shorted and IS due to me. THAT IS WHAT I PAID THE INSURANCE FOR, was to receive everything back that I paid for minus the insurance.
Looking to write a BBB complaint as well.
