Rainbow Shades

Had a great experience today at this location inside the Outlet Mall in St, Augustine. Keith the sales associate, was very helpful and professional. He knew the products - Costa Sunglasses specifically. When his location did not have the specific frame and lens combo I wanted, he looked online at the other stores and even called the location in Jax Bch to hold the only pair in the Jacksonville and St. Augustine area that I wanted. Thanks for going the extra mile for me Keith and keep up the great customer service. Other stores should take a lesson from you.

I was looking for the same style of Costas for MONTHS and Karley went out of her way to look them up to see what they looked like and then found the ones I wanted and even switched the lenses so that I could have the ones i wanted! 5/5 Would shop here again

I visited this store looking for a new pair of sunglasses and found the perfect pair. Brenden went out of his way to help me find the ones that were right for me. Great service and will definitely come back again.

I was browsing through the mall in the search of new sunglasses. I had just toured through Sunglass Hut and could not find anything in their selection that peaked my interest/fit. I then find myself touring a Rainbow Shades store and their selection. Not to say Sunglass Hut wasn't a good store but I have an abnormally large head so it's incredibly difficult to find a pair of sunglasses I like. Rainbow Shades had about double the options for my size, but a store is not measured by its inventory.. It's measured by it's service. The man behind the counter was Keith, and let me tell you something.. If you ever want quality service and someone who makes you feel at ease/not pressured in the slightest when purchasing an expensive pair of sunglasses.. He is the man for you. He did his absolute best to tend to all my wants and needs and we eventually found a pair of Gucci glasses that fit beautifully upon the watermelon of a head I have. He never stopped offering his upmost service for me and it was simply amazing! It had been a very long time since I had been given such service and I come from working in sales for over 10 year, so I know quality when I see it. The only con, which is not due to Keith at all, was they did not have a case big enough to fit my Gucci sunglasses in. Not only did Keith reassure me that they would ship one to my home address, he gave me a Costa brand sunglasses case to make sure my sunglasses were protected, he also gave me an original gucci case which I then gave to my wife for her glasses which she now loves!! I am currently awaiting my tracking number and am so excited for my large Gucci case!! 10/10 Would HIGHLY recommend!!!
