        I was disappointed by the customer service, specifically at the lack of a detailed explanation over my child’s vision. Some of the staff felt like it was necessary to speak in slang because our skin was brown, as though we were inferior and unable to understand Standard American English, when in fact, nothing could have been further from the truth. The frames department kept trying to find “cheaper” frames for us as though we could not afford pricier ones. This was perplexing and disappointing. Nevertheless, they feature lovely frames.
