I didnt get the young girls name but I thought they were extremely professional . Masks on , sanitizing , def made me feel comfortable that they were doing everything to ensure their safety as well as the customer

Took my 6 year old to get her ears pierced this past weekend. I asked when I called and made the appointment if 2 associates would be there so both of her ears could be done at the same time, I was told there would be. Well not long before the appointment Savannah called me to let me know she would be the only one there. We decided to go ahead and keep the appointment. Savannah was amazing. She took her time to explain what she was doing before she did it so my daughter wouldnt be scared. Of course she cried and got upset after the first ear was done. Savannah helped me talk to her and get her calmed down so we could get the other done. My daughter loves her earrings and said she wants to go back to see the nice girl that pierced her ears. Savannah you are awesome and we will be back to do business with you again.
