My wedding dress needed lots of adjusting after I lost weight (10 days before the wedding) the owners went out of their way to get it ready on time, and they did free steaming! Highly recommended

Ladies beware! This place does not offer professional hemming of formal dresses. I am now stuck wearing a crookedly sewn bridesmaid dress for an upcoming wedding. Owner denied refund stating his business doesn’t really know if I have a wedding to attend. I repeatedly stated the dresses is not fixable since I had 2 second opinions and owner still denied refund after seeing the poor quality. I will say I was offered to have my bridesmaid dress fixed by them after the wedding...I don’t really see the logic in that?

I have been going to this establishment for over 3 years and I couldn't speak more highly of everyone here. They treat you like family and care for you in every way imaginable. I'm always greeted by name and they all know my personal preferences for my dry cleaning. My garments are always perfectly done and they always exceed their estimated return times. Please do not pass up the opportunity to try White Palace Cleaners. You will not be disappointed!

I would not recommend for the price. I have too much dry cleaning for their rates.
