We stayed here for one night this week as a mini staycation for my husband’s birthday. The new owners recently took over and they have already started upgrading everything. They were exceptional hosts, keeping our glasses filled with delicious wine and offering a bottle of champagne for birthday mimosas in the morning. We liked them so much that I want to be friends with them. Ha. Looking forward to returning. The website did not accept Amex but on check out they did take it, which was great for us. My only recommendation is that they put a high side table in the king ocean front room, as I really missed having a bedside table for all my stuff. There is one on the one side, but the other side needs one I think. I know they will do great things there. Good luck.

Amazing location with a gracious host Kimberly and wonderful breakfasts. Beautiful rooms, right on the beach. A relaxing beach getaway!

Great location can walk to get our coffee in the morning and our meals at the beach comber... and everyone is so very nice and dog friendly... we will return

DO NOT BOOK ON AIRBNB!!!!! My boyfriend and I booked this place on airbnb for Thanksgiving weekend. Airbnb confirmed our reservation the week before. We showed up on that Friday Nov. 27th at 5:50 pm and all the lights were off in the building. When we called the number a phone rang inside and no one picked up. I called probably 20 times but no one ever answered. The front door was locked and there was a sign on the door saying it was closed for renovations. We tried to get in touch with the host "Patty" on airbnb but she never answered back through the messaging system. We got scammed... If the bed and breakfast is closed for renovations why is the listing still up on airbnb?? We were not the only people this happened to that weekend. While we were waiting outside for over an hour we ran into another person who had been scammed as well. He had driven all the way from north Georgia with his dog, he ended up having to find another hotel that was pet friendly last minute on a holiday weekend. Thankfully my boyfriend and I have friends in a neighboring city and were able to stay with them last minute. I NEVER write reviews but this placed scammed us and caused way to much stress during an already stressful year. If I could give negative stars I would.
