Put on a waitlist for 18 months with a $2000 deposit. Contract was broken by Fallon and request for the refund of the deposit was never returned. Still waiting for Fallon to refund the money!!!

East Coast VW Restorations Fallon is owner and head mechanic. She is talented. She had a couple of bad apples working there, but they are gone and she went out of her way to make things right. My bus is beautiful and runs great. I am happy.

Believe Tony. Everything he said was true. Took 2 years of constantly checking our van for it to be ready. Brought it home with tons of issues. We're just amazed they actually gave it to us.

These folks are simply not honest and ethical. In fact, the majority of their positive reviews on google are from their employees and significant others. My project deposits were used to settle a personal domestic issue and used for business loan debt. They do not have qualified mechanics. They do not utilize a paint booth. My 21 window bus left their facility after delivery and within the first day the bus stick shift fell off. Even after it had occurred previously they still did not repair it correctly. Simply, they used a standard bolt not metric. On a VW? Attention to detail is lacking. After 2 years of body work that never seemed to progress unless I visited to examine my project personally - within months of delivery rust bubbles appeared. Everywhere. The pulley seal was not torqued. My auxiliary oil cooler never had power supplied to the fan. The cockpit power supply I paid extra for was never wired to power. There were signs of fire/smoke under the dashboard at delivery. The high beams never worked. My steering box was not ready to go when the rest of the bus was ready. Why? Because they had no funds. I regularly prepaid funds to keep my project going. Those funds were diverted. To complete my project they diverted funds from future projects. I hate to think what happens when they go bankrupt - which will happen. If you have sent these folks your money, get it back. Get it back fast. Take your bus elsewhere. These are simply not honest folks. I wish someone would have been honest with me. They misused my money. Even worse, they stole my dreams.
