They charged 150 bucks to tell my grandaughter her ac needed a compressor which we already knew that its a older car I had other places give a estimate over the phone free wont be back there nope!

I drove in with a screw in a tire. They repaired it and I was out in under 30 minutes. They were friendly and made me feel valued as a new customer.

I have called three times in the past 3 months to ask for a manager or owner to resolve my questions/concerns for why my wife was recommended to perform a $1200 repair instead of the $150 ignition coil replacement that was actually needed to address an engine code. Backstory: When she took it in, I already knew that the "check engine" code was coming from a faulty ignition coil (that should take 5 minutes for a shop to replace) because I had already run the diagnostic code myself at home. Although i knew the problem, I just didnt want to deal with it even though it was a 20 minute job. They tried to tell her it needed to have the air intake removed to do the work, it would take hours, etc etc. Again, I already knew that was wrong because I had run the codes prior to having her take it in. I called to explain this to their shop when my wife was caught off guard by the $1200 quote. When I called to question the quote/diagnosis, they got defensive and did not offer to take another look to make sure they weren't wrong. Actually, she said they were sure they were right and asked if I wanted them to do the work or not. I ended up getting her car back and fixing it myself (in 20 minutes). To top it all off, they still charged a $150 diagnostic fee, in spite of providing my wife the wrong advice/diagnosis. When I called back to get an explanation on how they misdiagnosed the issue and recommended uneeded work, the best explanation their front desk could offer (which was also explained very defensively) was that they have a "new tech", but no refund or apology. I was promised a call back after she looked into it further, but I never recieved one. I directly asked to speak to the shop owner, but was not provided this opportunity. Such a shame, this place used to be so good and we had used them routinely for 10 years (which I why I gave them the benefit of the doubt and multiple opportunities to address this). This is my first negative Google review that I have ever left, but I feel people need to know this place has changed.
