Signature Signs, Inc.

It pains me to post a bad review of a local business. As a business owner myself, it's something I never do, however, this is an exception. After less than two years of having a sign made by them, the sign started peeling and falling apart. I emailed the company (everything in this review is documented with photos and emails to back it up) and they said they would come to take a look at it and get back to me... they never did. I gave them a few weeks and emailed them again and again I was told they would come to look at it and get back to me... and again they never did. I emailed YET AGAIN and was told that during Covid, they weren't doing any work. It's now July 2021 and the sign is getting worse. I can't in good faith ever recommend a company that doesn't stand by the work. Now I have to spend money on a new sign. Hopefully the new company I use won't make one that falls apart in under two years and if it does, I hope they back up their product.

Our apartment complex was in dire need of signage. A sign here to say "leasing office", another one out front announcing the name of our complex, a few more pointing the way to the office. I expected bland, boring signs. A board with some letters. What we got was ART! Will and Nate pulled up and went to work adding our signs to the complex. The interaction with these two was like I'd known them for years! They dug the holes without making a mess, they sanded, painted, laughed...it was actually a great time getting signs. Who would've thought THAT would happen? If anyone in the corporate office is reading this you should go out and get Will and Nate some cupcakes. Or cut up sticky notes and throw them a confetti party. Honestly, these two gentlemen -PLUS YOUR SIGNS- are the reason I tell everyone that our yard art came from "Signature Signs".
