A note to the management Covid-19 safety protocol does not exist in this building and hope you do something about it. - The valet parking guys by the entrance keep moving around having fun in the path of the patients, they could be more stationary on one spot. - No glass shield in front of the receptionists. - Too many patients either seating or standing in the waiting rooms and walkways. This can be controlled by a managed appointment schedule and installing wall partitions. - Not enough space between the chairs in the waiting areas and worst of all the chairs are facing each other around a table like your home living room. - The doctor was the only one using the right mask and wearing it correctly. Unfortunately the nurse was wearing a loose mask hanging from his ears and not covering his nose and mouth completely, he was almost on my lap to get the blood pressure, and no respect for a little social distancing. - The doctor noticed my frustrations and has post poned my medical tests for a later time hoping things get better, not sure if I will go back to this building.

Appointment made with the doctor. Was later informed that I'd have to see the Physician Assistant. No problem until I checked out. Not only did they want to collect my $50 copay (no problem), but they also wanted $50 for the biopsy and another $50 for the lab. Only agreed to the copay. Told to bill me if there was a balance due after the insurance paid, which there wasn't. Had I paid the supposed additional charges, I would never have seen that money again. I wonder how many patients fall for this doctor's office scheme. It's oh so important to be cognizant. Needless to say, I wouldn't go back to this facility.

I have been a patient of Advanced Dermatology for a few years, but this was my first visit to the Safety Harbor office. From the time we arrived at the parking lot, to the time we left, everything and everybody was delightful. The facility was easy to find and the parking lot was easy to navigate. We even got a ride from our car to the front door. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. Larry Strauss, PA and Irene performed the procedure. Both were kind, caring and sincere. I really appreciate the service I received from the professionals at Advanced Dermatology.
