Jon and his company, Steadfast Roofing, were an absolute pleasure to use for my roofing repair project. I met with 4 total potential contractors for this repair. Not only did Steadfast Roofing provide the most competitive quotation, but the quickest response time to begin and conclude the project. I am amazed at the speed, efficiency and professionalism of the entire engagement and absolutely CANNOT recommend Steadfast Roofing and Jon Starry highly enough for roofing needs!

Steadfast Roofing, and Owner John Starry and Marketing Director Eldora Starry, are a truly exceptional team, backed an equally good team of hard-working, friendly and focused employees. From beginning to end they did everything right, with phenomenal customer relations, knowledge of the products, top-of-line brands and equally good applications capabilities. They really make the pain of working through the regulations, permits, etc., bearable, and they made sure that everything went in favor of the customer, from A to Z. That is something we see rarely anymore. The price was better, the roofing products better, and the application better than I have seen anywhere in this area, without question. And on top of that, they did the entire job, to perfection, in one day. Given the difficulties all Floridians face in the current inflationary economic environment, and generally poor service and concern for the customer, Steadfast Roofing, John, Eldora, and their team exceed all others in the business, bar none. 4/10/24, Dale S.

I selected Steadfast for a roof repair due to their high rating of 5 stars. I scheduled a quote for the next day, during which I received an estimate to replace two skylights and fix a roof leak. I returned the signed quote via email within an hour. Subsequent communication issues arose, including difficulties in scheduling a specific time for the repairs, with an initial estimate of "sometime in the middle of next week" being provided without further clarification. Upon follow-up, there was confusion regarding receiving the signed quote, which I had emailed back immediately. They took no accountability and scheduled the repair for a Saturday now. Post-repair, it was noted that precautions to protect the interior from the debris were not taken, resulting in a considerable mess and shingle nails found within the home for days after. I've done contract work for years, and the job was very unprofessional, but this is Florida, so I am getting used to it. I would have given them 1 star, but they were reasonably priced and finished the job, which is saying a lot about these days.
