Wow! We won’t ever use anyone else again. William came to our rescue at 11:00 pm because my two little babies were sweating while sleeping and our AC was out. William was very personable and my husband and I thank him so much.

What a terrible experience. I called this guy apparently on his day off even though it says open 24 hours on Google. He was mad because I disturbed his 'day off' (his words, not mine) and didn't make an appointment. I had a simple question about my HVAC. Wasn't sure if I had an issue or it was normal operation. I'm not going to pay you to come out if I don't have a real issue. Enjoy your bad review that you wholly deserve! Don't do business with this guy. Seems like he just wants your money!!!

We had a great experience with this local company. he spent 20min walking through everything on the phone prior to examining our unit. He used multiple parts, and tried to get our system working before he went on vaca. We had already used a company a week before and they made the problem worse. After trying many parts, returning later in the evening with more parts, walking us through all what he is doing and teaching us, he was unable to resolve the problem, but he referred us to a co worker who did resolve the issue. After all the hours and parts use, he didnt charge us anything because he knew the comoany last week took our money, and made it worse, and he tried but didnt get it working. Because he was so patient, honest, and well educated on this we will call him again if there is another problem!!

Bad services. Charge for a $300 a piece and when he finish his job he said that we needed to get a new AC.
