One of the greatest companies I have had the pleasures of working with. We had a few returns and the company handled it with speed and kindness. All companies have some problems and complainers but my time dealing with this company has been great !!!

American Sales SUCKS! I returned a product with a limited lifetime warranty to Steven Telerico. After 3 phone calls, each which referenced an E. Telerico that signed for my return, did I get a call back. I requested my product be replaced under the limited LIFETIME warranty. Steven informed me that they only warranty the produce "for a year or two". Limited lifetime is not a "year or two". After it was evendent that he would not stand behind the product he noted the I was being an SOB for wanting a replacement. I ended the call and thought it best to save others the frustration of dealing with a less than reputable business. I would recommend not buying any products from American Sales. If your looking for a reputable supplier of anything they sell shop their competition.
