to whom it may concerns; As a parent company of Monarch Shipping, I'm bringing this to your attention because there's no other way to turn. I was told that the individuals who work at the processing office under the name Monarch Shipping, in Riviera Beach actually work for your company. first of all, the employees there are rude, disrespectful, very unprofessional and borderline racist. They treated the people who are there to do business with them like animals. There's absolutely no customer service. The employees act as if they don't need the customers. There's specially a white lady there, who's so comfortable talking down to the people there, she doesn't seem to care who hear her. I wondered who was the supervisor there, but the way everyone of those employees act, its almost shameful for me to write about. The lack of class and professionalism is mind boggling. I have never been at a place of business where I can say I've seen that kind of treatment of people that are shelling out thousand of dollars to a company. And as i looked around the business, witnessing the customers treatment, I noticed there was one kind f customer, black Haitian. It seems to me that this company, which is making millions of dollars from the Haitian community feel comfortable enough to treat these same people like trash, knowing they have no other options. I do not wish to take this any further, although I know enough people in the government and the port to make some noise. All i'm asking is that you train those employees of yours that this is the 21st century and treating people like people matters.
