I was told I needed a new blower motor for $1000 service included. After watching good old YOU TUBE, It turned out to be the capacitor which cost me $20. Wow! I used them before and was extremely happy until today.. wow again. I'm not going to bad mouth then but they need to watch their workers trying to get extra money from poor folks like me.

we used north county cooling for the first time to repair the air handeler last year. . the bill was about $1200 about standard for what had to be what y had to be done and why. we were happy with the service call and the unit still works perfectly. This trip was for the actual unit outside that will run fine during the day but will not properally start during the night. Being the problem is spiritic it made the tech Andrew's job real tough. when the problem will not occure during the day. Being the problem would not repeat while he was here he was unable to make the repair but it did give us a lot of good infor about our system. and a/c in general . we were happy to pay the service call because we gained some valuable information When the unit fially decises to die during the day i will call and ask for Andrew to be the one to return for the repair. I think he truly did everything he could possibly do under the circumstance. Spratic problems are almost impossible to find when they don't occur while the tech is present. so no problem with Andrew. I was glad he called me prior to arriving and asking me questions about the problem, saved us both some time. I have found that both visits were from knowledge people and very professional. I would definitely recommend NC ac. Our daughter also uses them , she made the recommendation to us last year. Tha'ts it : Andrew is good and and i am very please with his service. we feel we got our monies worth from his visit. Enough said the man does not walk on water but he is welcome back here any time that we need a/c help. I thought our last a.c repairman was also good but I feel more comfortable with Andrew.

Have had great experience with North County AC. Service technicians have always done a good job cleaning my AC thats on the roof. Service charge is very reasonable compared to some Ive seen. Juan went out of his way to take a photo for me of the standing water on the roof. Highly recommend.

Mark was here to check out our AC and do all that needed to be done. He was very thorough, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable, and he gained our trust right away.
