My Reme Halo was installed 14 months ago and I thought it was working fine. Then my A/C contractor changed the duct work so there would be more are flow in and out of the air handler and then it seemed like the house smelled of mold they replaced the entire Reme Halo unit, adjusted to be fully open and it seems like it is not working at all. I used to smell a peroxide odor and it took cooking smells out of the house and we had less dust. Not now the house is dusty, the food orders remain. The light is not he unit and getting power.

What a terrible experience we've had with our Reme-H model for the service side. Had it installed Aug2018 and shortly thereafter the HVAC company went out of business. Tried multiple times to contact RGF directly but they don't return messages. Unable to locate a replacement bulb and they don't sell them directly. There is one other company locally that is "supposedly" a dealer however when you call them they don't have a clue about RGF products. I am extremely disappointed with selecting this brand of air purification system.

Bought the Latest Model RGF Reme Halo (24 Volt) In-Duct Air Purifier System IAQ Ionizer (Reme-H) and after 4 month the bulb is not working any more. Nee to get a replacement or being cover by the warranty but I can't find the way to do the claim or a place to order the bulb replacement.

Great product, couldn't be happier. I set mine up and run it with the fan on at all times. being on oxygen 24 7, I was waiting outside for 30 minutes after install to see if I could tell a difference, and I did. Amazing product. Thanks RGF Reme Halo is tops.
