        Honestly, the customer service is absolute trash, I reserved a truck several days in advance, and was told when i arrived that "they dident have a truck" whilest also being treated horridly by there "sales rep".

        Made a reservation for the Budget in Brandon, who didn't have any trucks. Juan was very helpful and got me into a truck that I desperately needed. The truck could've been cleaner but let's face it, I wasn't renting a luxury vehicle, I needed to move furniture. Thank you Juan. You saved the day and me being able to move my mom, when Budget customer service was not helpful.
