Boyette Walk In Clinic

Called the office and it brought me to a call center that said that specific location was open until 7pm. Their google listing says they are open until 7pm. Walked in and the door said 530pm and they were not able to see me. Please fix your listing and get your business hours together so prospective patients dont waste their time.

Horrible service, if you have insurance and are not of Hispanic descent, stay away. Staff never answers the phone and when they do, they send you to voicemail. Only called in 2 of 3 scrips and after hours and chasing them around finally got what I was supposed to. Stay away, there are plenty of other offices nearby that won’t give you a runaround.

They are listed as a walk-in clinic. That is not true. Do not come here.

I walk in at 6:25 pm and the receptionist says the doctor is done for the day with an empty lobby. I can see if I came 10 minutes before closing but 35 minutes is sufficient time with no other patients there.
