        Went there with 16 people, but My Son and Daughter gender reveal my daughter-in-laws who came with a hair in it both of my sons burger Was Raw not cooked to Request request We were sitting underneath the AC vents and nothing but black mole The manager called me and offered me a gift card. Been two weeks, never received one.

        We had a great family dinner at Acropolis. We had an issue and right away the manager Danielle came out to address it. The customer service was amazing and appreciative. Give them a try.

      Hi Fernando, we are sorry to hear about your experience and our manager Danielle did call you all to make things right, the gift card was sent in the mail on Friday sometimes The weekends have a delay on the mail. I can assure you in the picture it is not mold and since your party we did get a deep cleaning on all of our vents! You should receive your gift card within a few days!
