These apartments are terrible...the amenities online are not at the apartment, there no functioning laundry mate, no gates, dirty pool, and the property manager Erica Payne is extremely rude. If you're looking for a safe, clean, peaceful environment this is not the place

Arbor crest is the most filthiest, dirtiest, nastiest place to live, they are roach infested very badly!!!!!! Roaches are everywhere!!!!!!! When you tell them something needs to be fixed they dont come and fix it !!!!!! Maintenance like to steal other peoples belongings!!! They need to be shut down !!! Erica Payne is definitely rude dont let the smile fool you! She lied on my credit report stating that I owe them $7,211 on my credit! I dont owe them anything because never broke lease left when lease was up never got an eviction notice, so Im confused on why I owe $7,211!!! Shes conniving !!! Refuses to take amount off credit only wants us to dispute it with no reasoning !!!! DO NOT RENT WITH THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX YOU WILL DEFINITELY REGRET IT!!!! 0/10

I wish I could give them a zero. The lady in the front office is extremely unprofessional, the property is dirty, they don't fix the gates or anything else. It is not safe..few months a child was murdered on property and the year before that there was shootings in the apartments, definitely not worth the rent.

The office manager Erica Payne is very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She is also a compulsive liar!!!! Stay away!!!
