A little hard to communicate on phone before service but actual work was done quickly and professionally by two nice guys. Left the yard looking good, too.

I tried to get them to pump my septic tank. I called and they set me up two days later to get the tank pumped. No one came and I called. They said he had a funeral. I then asked if he could come first thing in the morning. Next day, no show. They gave me the guys phone number. I called, he asked for my information by text, I sent it, and he said he could come in the afternoon. Well, it got to be 3:30 and no show. I texted him a couple times earlier, no response so I texted him dont bother coming. I found someone else who will be here in the morning. I call the main office and told them what happened and they only said they were sorry.

Talked to two people and scheduled a rental of a porta-pottynever got the delivery nor a call to see why! Worst customer service ever. Was told 2 different prices and still didnt come through with the service as anticipated! Never using them again (even though I didnt get a chance to use them the first time)
