Rude on the phone then days later when I called back to place the order got hung up on multiple times... thought it was the line but the next tay as well so I would say I will never do business with them.

I ordered 20 stems of liatris (blazing star) for an engagement party the day after Thanksgiving. I called a month prior, and they agreed to order them that week with unspecified pick up on Friday or early Saturday. The store called me on Monday to confirm an order for 30 had been placed. On Friday we received a call about 2 pm saying the flowers -- part of my table centerpieces -- were in the store and they'd be open until around 330. I sent my son immediately from Midway to Quincy. No one was there. We called the private number that had JUST called us and no answer. I left a voice message. The store seemed to hang up on us, but it could have been voice mail. COMPLETELY GHOSTED. NO FLOWERS, NO CALL "WHERE ARE YOU?" NOTHING. We are from out of town and I trusted the store that USED to be The Ivy Shop. What a clown operation.
