Monte made my experience with trading in my truck quick and easy. He showed me all the features on my new car on the test drive. Explained all of the features and everything that came along with the new car thoroughly. He was very friendly and patient with me asking 100 questions. Overall I had a great experience with trading in my vehicle and got a great deal! I would 100% recommend anyone to come here for a great car buying experience! :) :) :)

I drove an hour and a half to buy a truck that I was very specific with the guy (Eric) as to the question of condition. He said there was no damage. When I finally arrived, the front bumper was smashed in( I was told the detailer did it, then I was told it was shopped that way, than I was told it was supposed to have been fixed, then I was told a bumper was on order, then I was told it was being sold as is. The rear bumper also had damage and the interior was filthy.. When I asked if they could do better on the price I was shown a truck with a $20,000 price over the one I was looking at, an obvious tactic to get rid of me! I was then instructed to go talk to the Sales Manager myself in which the conversation went exactly like this.... Me- "how are you", his response "not good" to which I replied " well we are in the same boat" He then replied very rudly , well then go to Tallahassee. BY FAR THE WORST SALES EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! What he doesn't know is I didn't need financing and bought the same truck he tried to push on me brand new for less than the $50,000.00 price tag he had on a very used model. I would not send my worst enemy to this dump!!!
