This was my first car purchasing experience and it was phenomenal Gary was the most helpful person you could have he is passionate about his job and will go to the ends of the earth to help you. They were completely transparent, answered any questions i had. If you need a car this IS the place to go.

I purchased from the used lot that ran its financing and final paperwork through the Chrysler/Jeep dealer. Sam my salesman at the used car lot across from Toyota. He was very good, almost too good. Super personable and helpful. The Finance guy was the hammer however, a great big teddy bear of a guy, friendly, but too assertive. He offered the most expensive add on warranties, but did not disclose how much they would cost. It wasn't until after an hour of making me feel guilty as to why I should choose them, that I relented. Even then I did not see what each additional "coverage" was costing, until I got my final bill of sale. Like most dealers, they really pushed the deal, using lots of tricks to "get you to the online price." Offer less for your trade and give additional discounts on the purchase..yada, yada...The only way to get the online price was to agree to finance and I was willing to pay cash, then slam you with extra coverages (where they make all their money.) I have to start buying used cars from individuals.

Initially I was happy with my experience at Gettel Mitsubishi but as time has gone by I am changing my opinion. At the time of initial purchase I was told if I recommended someone to Gettel I would receive a $100 “bird dog†referral check. If I sent someone to my specific sales rep I would receive an additional $100 making a total of $200. Within 2 months of purchasing my vehicle my inlaws went in and purchased the exact same car from my sales rep (all because of my recommendation). They purchased their vehicle back in October - after many phone calls and texts I have finally given up. I have been told the check was sent out, it was missed and is being taken care of, then recently I was told by a manager along with a picture of the request that the check is being reprocessed but the amount was only for $100 because I didn’t “physically hand them to my repâ€. That was 2 weeks ago and still nothing. Today I was told by my sales rep that once he requests the check it is out of his hands and he doesn’t have anything to say about it. When I asked for the exact person I need to speak to for answers and miraculously I get no reply. Buyer beware of this ploy to send in customers because it’s all just words and Gettel does not follow through on their promises.
