I called Redland to inquire about availability of the pump I wanted to order and to ask how long it would take to ship once my order was placed; they indicated the pump should ship the next day. I placed an order online and promptly received an e-mail indicating my order # and confirming my order- all was correct. I called Redland one week later to inquire about the order and was told the person that took care of internet sales was out but would return my call. After another week I again called and was told the same thing… still no return call. After calling several more times I finally talked to the internet person, she indicated that they had just discovered that the online system was deleting the orders and mine was gone. She ask if I still wanted the pump and I indicated that I did if they could ship quickly, once again I was told that they would ship the next day, I then paid via credit card on the phone to a different person and requested a tracking#, I was told they would give it to me the next day when the pump shipped. 4 business days later and after calling several times a day I finally received the tracking # and my pump arrived 3 days later. In summary I WOULD NOT recommend Redland for internet orders, they will not return calls or follow through on their promises.
