On a 1-5 scale, VH is a 10.  My shutters are beautifully engineered and operate easily.  They show up on time and work fast.  Both Vaughns, dad and son, are good human beings - easy to work with, quick to change a small detail that wasn't really a big deal to anyone but me.  Their workers are good guys too.   I chose this company after gathering estimates.  They are competitively priced and have good reviews.  The deciding factor was that they fabricate the shutters here, so I was able to eliminate a whole link in the chain of supplier/ fabricator/ installer.

We couldnt be more satisfied. From the first contact through the whole process of getting our front porch screened in it was professional and to our upmost satisfaction. We love our new enclosure and giving the overall experience a five star plus. Well done
