That Water Place

I had issues with my water AFTER HOURS. I called the office at 8:30 pm and Tania answered. Within a half hour the young man showed up at my door. He told me what the problem was and said he would be back in the morning. HE DID EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID AND NEW WATER PUMP WAS INSTALLED. I have never dealt with such amazing people like THAT WATER PLACE before. Tania is ALWAYS pleasant and helpful. As for Jorey.WHAT AN AWESOME WORKER!!! So patient and kind. Asset to the company for sure! Cant say enough about TANIA AND JOREY

Hired them to take care of the well water system in May. There were some miscommunications and services were performed that werent approved. Rodney was very rude and unprofessional but after a long talk with the owner everything was resolved. I understand people have bad days and give everyone the benefit of the doubt. We continued to use them for salt delivery and have not had issues in that arena. Last week our water system started leaking. I called and made an apt for it to be fixed. I was told the tech would be out 10/21 to fix the problem. The tech didnt show up 10/21. I called again and said that the problem wasnt an emergency but needed them out asap as the problem was getting worse. They told me the tech would be there 10/22 or 10/23 at the latest. The tech never showed again. By Monday 10/25 the problem became an emergency. The water system had a significant leak and pressure in the house had dropped dramatically. I called again to let them know the urgency and was assured the tech would be out 10/26. The tech no showed 10/26 again. I called to find out what happened and she promised he would be out 10/27. Throughout the day 10/27 I called 3 times to make sure he would still be there. Each time I was promised that the tech would arrive. The tech never showed up. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They have poor customer service and when you are having water system problems with 3 children under 4 years old they continue to make false promises with no intention of fulfilling their promises. Will cross post this on our community forum to warn our neighbors as well

Excelente And profesional service, very affordable and honest people. I highly recommend this company, will use them again and again :) Im a happy customer.
