    Another lost package. Sent to the wrong city and state when it only needed to travel less than 50 miles south. Customer service is horrible. Noone tries to help and no-one holds these people accountable. You ask them to solve e an issue and track a package they lost and they claim they're not am actual UPS Store. I will never ever spend any more of my money with these incompetent people.The manager Wanda or whatever her name is, just puts the phone down and ignores you and has the worst attitude out of them all.

    Return Amazon packages monthly never a single problem as it’s not rocket science for both sides so when I see a 3.8 rating then that just lets me know that some people have some personal issues going on lol

    I love going to this place for one employee in particular "Arezco", this girl goes above and beyond to give the best customer service, she is extremely pleasant, funny, her smile can even be seen through her mask, she is super smart, definitely goes the extra mile to ensure that the customer feels at ease with the purchase. I think this girl should be training her peers. She is an amazing customer service representative.

    The manager, Wanda, is fantastic! She explained everything to us and helped my husband and I with shipping our package. She also enforced Covid guidelines for the store in a pleasant manner. A few days later, I had another problem with what I'd sent and I needed help. I called the store and she was ready to help! We swing by and got it handled in less then 10 minutes. I was very impressed to say the least. This is my new UPS location...as long as she is employed there. 😊

    Store 5525 in Tradition. Ms. Wanda and her team are excellent. Every single time I visit their store; they are ready and willing to help. Excellent customer service, and very professional. My recent visit confirmed that they are always ready to help in anyway possible. They will go that extra mile for their customers, and that’s exactly what they did for us. I went in with an elderly friend that is moving out of state, and Ms. Wanda and her team took their time to help us. They unpack and repacked all of her boxes, because they were packed the wrong way. She had a lot of fragile stuff that would have never made the trip the way they were packed prior to us making it to the UPS store. We definitely appreciate you, and your team Ms. Wanda. Thank you
