    Probably could be a good place to take your pet except for a few people who ruin it. Condescending M.D. interaction, lack of communication when she changed animal's prescription w/o telling or explaining it to me, and then defended it. The front desk staff have been more than nice, except for one. I was pleased with the manner in which Josh the tech handled my cat, gently and with kindness, as well as Dr. Kelly. I was dismissed and sent home rudely by one of the receptionists when I was there picking up the prescription and had expressed concern about the added 3X concentration change. Had Jenna allowed me a minute to speak with the Dr. there it could have been resolved, but instead she said she said "this is what we give cats"'. Yes, all of the other staff at the desk had to have heard this disrespect. I don't think that some care if they lose patients. Next day: I still don't understand the dosing of the cat's liquid med now, even after Dr. O's later explanation, since she gave us 3X the concentration than we had before. We were fine before she unexpectedly changed it with no notice. She told me that there was nothing noted on the chart about what dose I was giving the cat, and that I had reduced it due to cat becoming sleepy and lethargic. Dr. Oliver can write whatever she wants about me on my record, however some of her interpretations of our conversations appear inaccurate/misunderstood and distorted. I received a letter from Kelly's dismissing me from their clinic. It should have been an Apology letter. DESK STAFF REPEATEDLY DENIES WHAT HAPPENED. THEY KNOW THE TRUTH. CORRECT NAME OF PERSON THERE: IT WAS JENNA WHO SENT ME AWAY AND WAS DISRESPECTFUL, BUT THEY ALL WERE THERE.

    On Saturday morning I woke up to my dog with an open mouth and shallow breathing. He was crying in pain so I called the vet. They informed me that they had no openings until Tuesday. I knew that it was time to let him go all I wanted was for them to help him pass away. How much time does it take to put a needle in a dog so he could pass away and no longer be in pain. This just goes to show they have no compassion and they are only out for the money. How could they turn me down knowing that my dog was is tremendous pain I have never in my life seen a dog cry in pain like he did. I was a basket case not knowing what to do.

We absolutely did not tell you we would not see your dog. We informed you that we were completely booked and shorthanded and we would accommodate you but explained that you might have a wait. Your options were to come in and we would work you in, go to an emergency center, or schedule an appointment on Monday. It is not a 5 minute procedure to humanely euthanize a beloved pet. That is trivializing the process. It takes time and is something that is not rushed. We were being considerate to inform you that we were completely booked, and had several emergencies we were working on, so you were aware of the situation and not be made to wait in a crowded waiting room.
