waited 2 months for an appointment then was called 2 days prior to the appointment saying i have to come in this specific day at 4pm or i will have to wait till mid november for another appointment then i show up with my 1 year old and was told she cant come back with me??!!! she was so rude also to think i will let her drill in my mouth uh no!

By far the worst call center that they apparently HAVE to use. I couldnt reach my doctor for weeks after I got out of the hospital. Luckily I was able to get ahold of my neurosurgeon that was able to fill my prescriptions!

In my 25 years working in the Healthcare field, I've never experienced the most horrible service. I came in for my follow up visit 2 hours early. Granted, I know I'm early and have to wait. But wait 20 minutes past my appointment time is ridiculous. When I finally got called into the room, I met with the MA, but then waited an additional hour. At this point, I'm extremely irritated. Especially, when Muller came in and provided a 10 minute service. I don't recommend seeing Muller at all. Her service is poor and not personable.

Its not the neatest place but we always love seeing the same Dr. Or NP - my kids feel comfortable and thats so important

I made an appointment for a follow up visit due to a trip to the ER. I explained my symptoms, showed my lab work, and somehow got a dx of gastroporesis! I had NO tests done that would indicate that I have gastroporesis. Why would any provider seemingly make up a diagnosis and place it in a legal document?! I am beyond vexed! I will be filing a complaint in regard to this entire visit!
