Serenity Beach Rentals were amazing. The location was perfect and the house was unbelievable. You all thought of everything to make our weekend the best time ever. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a vacation spot or getaway. We will definitely use Serenity Beach Rentals again in the future. Thank you so much for your a perfect vacation.

Cape San Blas🧡 it has my family’s heart. Our oldest son, Baxter passed away from brain cancer at 8 years old in August 2019, two weeks after he passed our family took our first trip to the Cape. The Cape is(was) as hidden treasure, a little slice of heaven on the forgotten coast. There is no true way to describe how amazingly beautiful the Cape is. This year our family was lucky enough to stay at the San Dawg. The home was immaculate, with stunning views, and enough room for our entire family. This home spoiled us, and we will be sure to return one day soon. Silvia, Thank You and Serenity Beach rentals for letting us stay in this beautiful home! We have spent 3 summers in Cape San Blas properties managed by Silvia Williams of Serenity Beach Rentals. For many summers it has been a summer tradition for the entire family (3 kids, their spouses and grandkids) to spend a week at the beach. The area was recommended to us by lifelong friends and we are in love with the area. Since 2018 when we rented our first Cape San Blas home from Silvia, the entire family agrees this is where we will go for our special family vacation for many years to come. I would give 10 stars to Silvia if I could. She is a wonderful host and is quick to respond to questions. She provides lots of information to make sure we come prepared for our vacation as well as activities and restaurants to enjoy. She even provided an allowance to rent items during our stay. We enjoyed Just Dune It for a week in June 2021. The house was perfect for our crew of 12 including 8 adults and 4 kids ranging from 9 to 15. It was immaculate with all that is needed to spend a carefree week at the beach. Lots of bathrooms, a wonderful kitchen filled with everything you could need, lots of decks to sit and watch the sunset, a short walk to the most beautiful beach you can imagine, five gorgeous bedrooms with comfortable beds and the internet is great, important for two of our group who had to spend some of the week actually working. I could go on and on about Just Dune It. Cape San Blas is seemingly undiscovered, as there are no high rise condos and hotels, just beach homes and beautiful beaches to relax and enjoy. We have already placed our deposit for Just Dune It for a week in June 2022.

We have now been in one of Serenity’s properties for almost 5 weeks now. Silvia is quick to respond and very easy to work with. The property was extremely clean upon entry and very well stocked! There was nothing we needed. The crock pot, the high end cookware, beautiful decor, made this home our home away from home. Bedding, baths, everything were very clean. I can’t speak highly enough about Silvia and her attention to our needs. She’s flexible, honorable and willing to work with vacation desires. We ended up staying an extra 2 weeks and she had nothing but the benefit of our family in mind. Our 3 toddlers have yet to ask about our home as they are so comfortable here. Our pups love the comfort and convience of the beach and are so at home as well. Thank you Serenity!!
