We had such a fabulous trip to Cape San Blas and Be Our Guest Vacation Homes property management was by far the best service we have every received. They were so quick to respond to questions and went out of their way to help us make this the best trip ever!

CRISIS AVERTED: ANNIVERSARY TRIP SAVED! by Be Our Guest We almost cancelled our trip - our 16th wedding anniversary - because at the last minute the host cancelled our reservation. The management company was apologetic but ultimately unable to find a suitable replacement rental. So we went online and booked a last minute reservation, this time with a property managed by Be Our Guest. This turned out to make all the difference. Unfortunately, an issue occurred with this 2nd property (what are the odds?!?). But this time, with Be Our Guest managing the property, everything went perfectly smooth. They not only identified the issue BEFORE we arrived, but found another property (superior in every way) BEFORE contacting us. They also managed the transfer of every detail down to redirecting our VayK rental gear delivery. Everything was ready EARLY for this "double, last-minute" reservation, including basic household necessities, fresh towels and linens, and even flowers and a handwritten card welcoming us. The property itself was immaculate. Still, service people visited a couple times during our stay for routine maintenance such as servicing the hot tub and replacing a grill cover. Each interaction was warm, friendly, professional and efficient. We learned that it doesn't matter much who manages your property when no problems occur. But it takes a special organization to identify a potential disaster and respond so quickly and thoroughly that they managed to create one of the best trips we've ever had. I hope anyone reading this will book a property managed by Be Our Guest. Choose whichever you like. And just know that if some unforeseen issue happens, they (not you) will deal with it, and your vacation will move forward in the best way possible. Thanks to Donna and all involved with our stay. We look forward to our next visit.
