    I ordered these beautiful flowers for my sister in law to be delivered in her hospital room for the birth of her baby girl aka my new niece! I ordered them late the night before, and was able to get them delivered the next day at the time I requested. Surprisingly very affordable! Unbelievable service, asked for my approval along the way and gave me options on vases. Communication was amazing and they followed up after delivery. Delivery was smooth and my sister in law was happy! She said the flowers smell great. Im very pleased with my experience, 10/10

    I ordered 2 heart bouquets that were supposed to have sashes across them that say nana and mom for my mother in laws funeral... Mind you I paid $550 for these 2 bouqets... First issue was when they were delivered the flowers were falling off as the gentlemen set them up.. Second issue is the sashes, it looks like my 5 year old granddaughter wrote on them..It was so embarrassing...I had to take the sashes off... When I called the office the next day to complain she just came up w excuses like they must have gotten shuffled firing travel for flowers to come off (he only drove 1/4 of a mile) Regarding the sashes she said that they couldn't get the lettering... that doesn't work for me...I told her I would have appreciated a phone call so I could make other arrangements but since there was no communication it was out of my control... She didn't offer any sort of partial refund or anything...I paid $550 for these, they shouldn't have fallen apart immediately and the sashes should have looked beautiful... I am very upset regarding this.... I will NEVER go there again, I hope they learn a little professionalism and how to run a successful business....

    Where to begin with this one. I ordered their premium collection of flowers for Valentines Day to be delivered about 5 minutes down the road from their location. The flowers should have been delivered sometime during the day on Valentines Day, and by 6pm they had not arrived. Fearful of ruining our day, I decided to go the shop to see if maybe they were just sitting in the back or maybe out for delivery. I arrived at the shop around 6:15, and come to find out they weren't even ready nor was there any intention on them being done or delivered on that day. They were swamped with orders all day, and they weren't even going to send me an email or text message telling me my order wasn't going to be finished nor delivered. However, the ladies began to make my arrangement and got my order together so that I could take it to my lady. I brought up that the delivery fee should be returned to me ($15 Fee, $25 Tip) , as I was there in person actually picking up my order. The woman gave me a bit of gruff and I told her to keep it. Flower's were very pretty and my lady really like them. Main reason for the 1 star is that she wasn't going to get them unless I drove there and had to shake them down for them, and that would have ruined my day for sure. Show some professionalism, and if you don't have the ability to fulfill the order maybe set it up to auto cancel immediately or shut your online sales off for the day. This place needs more help on days like this, but I wouldn't ever risk buying anything from them in the future again.

Can you please tell me how did you place your order ? And why did you not call us direct to let us know direct before you posted 7276455940We send you another arrangement today but we did not here nothing back from you You placed the order from you flowers a 3rd party company you spend 85 we did not get that we get people like you placing orders from a 3rd party and complain That other company keeps the delivery and a service charge out of the money they gave us 60 dollars we have to pay for delivery flowers and member ship service charge back to them
