    The worst booking service ever! Booked Shores Club unit 805 for two weeks, no air conditioning for 10 days, no power for 2 days , pool closed 3 days, no beach access. Elevator down first day and today. Construction starts about 9 e every morning.h No one to complain too. The address is a UPS mail box.

    Customer service will only address your issues via email. They refuse to answer the phone, return voicemails or call you back. This a very frustrating. They expect people to have constant access to emails for immediate communication. They 24/7 maintenance email is not answered until normal business hours. Lastly, they use a 3rd part 24/7 maintenance company who are NOT located at the property you are renting. We found the maintenance company to be friendly but incompetent. Our Vrbo rental ended up in the hands of iTrip please make sure this didnt happen to you. Vrbo is also unable to get a hold of iTrip via phone.

    Update to your arrogant response. What are you even talking about? You did Not give us any options to refuse. You stole our money! You did not provide or even offer to accommodate in any way for what we paid for and you did Not provide. You have insurance the law states you must, so when it is you not providing you either file a claim on our behalf and reimburse us or you simply reimburse us. You can not just take people's money and not provide what they paid for! And you refer to stealing hundreds from a customer before the holidays and them calling you out on it as drama? This will Not be the last you hear from us. STOP!!!!! BEWARE!!!! I would have gave a negative 1000 if I could! Know that this company will Not refund you even if they can not provide what you purchased from them! Note: The answer they will provide is call your trip insurance. Ummm No one should have to pay trip insurance. Trip insurance is for if the consumer has an emergency and is unable to use the reservation. Where is your insurance for your end when you can not provide???? You should Provide what people pay for and if you can not , you should reimburse the customer. We as well as two other families booked rooms within the Haliwan Inn resort to spend Thanksgiving together. At the time we had no idea they actually booked from individual owners and unfortunately we booked with itrips. Our children were over the top excited to spend Thanksgiving at the beach and equally excited about the pool at the resort. Then comes along Hurricane lan. The other two families received notice that the hotel was closed due Hurricane Ian damage to breakwall and other issue's. The owners told them they did not believe the hotel would be open for our vacation, but if they wanted to give it a little more time before canceling they would still receive a full refund if the resort will not be open to accommodate the reservations. Our friends decided to wait. We decided with that information from our friends to make contact about our reservation and the fact the resort was still closed. This is when we found out we were dealing with itrips. Itrips emailed us back stating they basically have inside information the other owners don't and that the resort will be open for our reserved dates and that if we cancel we will not receive a refund. That they will update us if they are unable to provide accomodation on our reserved dates. Then here comes hurricane Nicole. Now we see on the news as well as updates from a friend that lives near Haiiwan inn ,that not only was the resort evacuated and deemed unsafe but the foundation is reported as deteriorated. So here we go again emailing them. We thought.... They can't possibly expect us to go into a structurally unsafe building with our family? Or did they plan on placing us on a raft for Thanksgiving to float around Daytona in contaminated water for the long weekend? We had hoped they would be professional, understanding and reasonable considering THEY CAN NOT PROVIDE US WITH WHAT WE HAD PAID THEM FOR, and we certainly deserve a refund. So we email them including all the articles referring to the severally damaged evacuated unsafe resort. Again they refuse to refund us even though they can not provide. So I told them we will involve a attorney if we have to, the media as well as provide other consumers with how they do business. Within my rights telling the truth. They wrote me back threatening lawsuits, if we state anything publicly or third party. Listen here you heartless unprofessional trash... I will speak truth!!!! You ruined my children's holiday because we now have no money to do anything with them. It is a sad world we live in when people do business in this horrific manner. To be a business owner and not be able to provide what was paid for and then keep peoples money is just a crime. Note: They seem to play the sympathy card of the hurricane but read all reviews and this seems to be the business model. For us it's lesson learned! For them we believe in karma.
