M&M Curbing and Landscaping

The curbing that was done INITIALLY looked nice.  However, to say that I was extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency about removing waste after completion of the job left me disgusted.  M&M left behind the garbage. I called them immediately and was advised by the owner that they take the concrete debris with them and NOT the grass, soil, etc, which is dug up for the curbing. The owner advised me that waste mgt would pick it up.  I advised that I live in an HOA and cannot leave garbage curbside for 2 more days.  Since my husband is disabled and I could not lift the debris, we had to pay someone to remove the debris from M&M's job. The owner called me back to tell me they would come and pick it up, but that was too late, as we had already paid to have the bags hauled away.  With that (since we reside in a new community where construction is still occurring), we see that M&M Curbing DID NOT haul away the leftover concrete material; they just dumped near a dumpster in front of a home that is currently under construction. My husband then called the owner, who advised that he had no idea that his worker dumped the product.   The stain that was used to stain the curbing has drip marks all over it.  **IMPORTANT** In less than one week, the curbing is already cracking. I attempted to voice my concerns on their FB posts where they posted my home photos and since it was negative, they removed my comments in their entirety. M&M operates in an unethical manner.  DO NOT RECOMMEND M&M CURBING.

I called three local companies and this one was the only one to return my call. He was quick to give me an estimate which was reasonable and then called me to ask when I wanted the job done. He and his assistant were prompt, they spent a lot of time prepping and then did an excellent job. They then cleaned up and left the premises as they found it. I highly recommend this company. Quick to come give quotes and get paid but good luck if this guy ever comes back to help you.
