***WARNING***
I was SO disappointed in the level of professionalism exhibited by Harr & Associates, I had the insurance company change them to someone else agent for our policy. The numerous mistakes they made on the policy application required hours to correct. If I hadn't had experience in the insurance business and understood the need to assure the application contained CORRECT information, we might have had a policy which wouldn't have covered a claim if we had an accident.
There are a LOT of choices out there. Perhaps you should consider trusting an agency which gets it right the FIRST time.

Paula was phenomenal! She is always fast when responding to my customers. She ALWAYS displays the highest level of professionalism. And her reliability is unmatched. When she says she is going to do something, she does it. Time after time my customers have been able to get the BEST Insurance available because Paula leaves no stone unturned when researching for the best quotes that fit my customers needs.
