        200k down on a 500k loan they said no when interest rates were at 2% theyll only give out predatory loans with high foreclosure risk

        I was at the Murdock branch yesterday and spoke with Connie about a problem I was having with my mortgage lender. Looking for some advice, she was so helpful and kind. Went above and beyond my expectations. She gave me much needed help and even spoke with my lender at length to try to help resolve my issue. I have been a customer of Charlotte State Bank for 17 years since moving to this area. I am very happy with my bank and do recommend them often. Some reasons why a check may not be accepted through Mobile Check Deposit include that the check has already been submitted, the type of check is not accepted, the check is of bad quality (torn, folded, etc.), the image is too dark or blurry or otherwise not legible, the amount entered does not match the amount on the check, the routing and account numbers are unclear, or lack of proper signature and/or endorsement. Someone from our bank will reach out to you to discuss your specific experience, or you may call us at 888-406-2220.
