Amazing service with superb professionalism, knowledge and attention to the clients needs. In less than 3 hours and although we talked after 4 pm, Ron found the best rate for my new house insurance policy. He literally took away all the hardship that another insurance agency had caused me for more than a month, while I was buying my second house. Thank you!

Ron Hilton was our agent. When he originally got us our policy with Travelers, it was a smooth process. However, as the years went on I requested that Ron continue to shop around to ensure we were still getting the best rates. After weeks of hearing nothing back, I sent a follow up email. He then sent back inaccurate information. After being asked about the inaccurate quotes sent to me, Ron informed me that I should wait an additional year, and due to having been with Travelers for 4 years, I would be more likely to get better rates. Fast forward to the next year when it was time to renew once again, I asked Ron to shop around. He replied the next day and said he would be in touch soon. Several weeks go by, I heard nothing. So I followed up. Nothing sent back. 2 more weeks go by and I sent another follow up. Once again that email was ignored. Now it was time to renew my payment, so due to the increasing frustration with Rons lack of communication, I went elsewhere and obtained a new policy. I let Ron know about my new policy and asked him to cancel, to which he replied almost immediately telling me that he cannot through just a simple email request, and that he would need to talk to me on the phone. Understandable, so I replied and asked him to call me. Never heard from him. I had to call directly to Travelers to cancel my policy, who made the process very easy. I do not recommend this insurance agency.

We have been working with Palm Valley Insurance for several years and had a great experience thus far until our agent, Cigale, left. We were informed earlier this year that our home insurance would be non renewal due to the company closing and I had to reach out several times with little follow up from Ron on getting a new policy established. I also wanted to shop for new car insurance and called & texted several times with only one other insurance option returned from Ron. I decided to do my own shopping and found a better home and auto insurance deal and when asking Ron to cancel the policies, he made it EXTREMELY difficult and never cancelled before getting charged for next months policy payment. Ron doesnt return calls, texts or emails. I had to call the insurance companies directly stating I couldnt get ahold of him to cancel on my behalf.
