Subject: Some Exciting Golf News From Tom (Student #000001) Hello John & Eric: I played 18 with two of my brothers today. Not an extremely difficult course, but: On the back 9 I had 4 Pars and 5 Bogeys. I have never done 9 holes of Bogey or better on a side. 41 which ties the lowest 9 holes that I have ever shot (and that was many years ago). Maybe more importantly, it was 90 degrees here today. I awoke with a pretty sore back. Did all of my (Eric) TPI warm-ups. And I got STRONGER as the round went on (although I opened the front with 2 consecutive Pars, which I also have never done before). So, it is quite amazing, that although we have done all of this work together via Zoom, that I have dramatically improved during this season so far. And, being totally forthcoming, I haven’t been to the range at all. First, it was closed until just a couple weeks ago. And Second, In the past I had become a good range player that didn’t know how to take it to the course. So now my “Practice” is on the actual golf course, whenever I am able to get there. Meridian is a great gym and has a very friendly team of trainers. With the new addition of the golf simulator, the gym has expanded into a new avenue of training. You can now see the results of your workouts with the use of the simulator. This is a great place for the golfer that wants to improve their golf game through workouts and the use of the simulator. I definitely recommend Meridian.

Merridian fitness is a boutique gym with both private and small group training. Several teachers are TPI Certified as well for you golfers . Recently, the owner Eric bought and installed a track man and simulator to the gym. I believe this is the first indoor simulator in PVB. You can take a lesson from John who is a PGA TOUR teaching pro or you and or a buddy can play 18 holes on the simulator or just use trackman to get your distances on all your clubs . It’s a lot of fun whatever route you take on the track man simulator. Located next door to Pussers and Ruth Chris Steakhouse.
