I initially had money only for a shallow well. This company said it could dig one that would be good. They left me with orange water that I could not even shower in or do my clothes in they're only answer when I called back to say how bad it was was if I have another $2,500 they could dig a a deep er well N ow the well will not hold a prime and I have not been able to contact this company in 3 weeks I have contacted the answering service four to five times I have called his cell phone and his dad's phone and nobody answers their phone except answer service but then he doesn't call back. Answering service girl is nice but she can't get him on the phoneNM

Repaired two wells with new pumps and plumbing. However, one casing collapsed from age (was not replaced or repaired during install) and initial contact was made to have a new well put in. After five or so months of no call backs and having to call from different numbers just to get an answer, no progress or quotes have been made. Good work, poor customer service.

We disconnected our irrigation from municipal water and needed a well in a confined backyard space. Other companies had tried unsuccessfully in the past to hit water or refused the job. Spiva’s Well Drilling brought a rig small enough to maneuver in our space, and very efficiently got us an irrigation well. They were in and out in less than a day, and cleaned up their job site. They ensured all zones functioned prior to leaving. Don’t know what else you could ask for.

Horrible communication. Had spoke to them about putting in a well, he told me to text him the info and he’d schedule us 4-6 weeks out. At 5 weeks I wrote him with no response, I made several other attempts to contact him with no response. Thankfully we found someone that communicated well, and got the job done!
