I sent my taxes in back in January and 5 months later I am still waiting on my return. A mistake was done on this preparers end and I caught it. Had I not caught it, I would still be told to wait. I have been beyond patient but the mistake and lack of communication have left me frustrated. I called to speak to Johana who told me to give her a call back and Ive spent an entire week trying to get ahold of her and leaving countless messages. This firm has been unprofessional with their lack of communication and efficiency. Their quality of work is subpar due to them making a mistake that I had to catch to be resolved and now at the mercy of their mistake I have to wait up to 16 more weeks to receive my taxes. I would never recommend this firm and the owner Johanna lack basic customer service. Best of luck, if you chose this firm for your taxes. if I could give them less than one star, I would’ve.

Mi situacion ahora era,quien va a hacer mis taxes?,por que todos te recomiendan uno, pero no necesariamente el mejor,asi que buscando y buscando, llegue a MJ taxes and more.
Yo estaba un poco desconfiado por que no es facil confiar en otro contador despues de haber tenido uno por 25 largos años.
Me atendio una persona super carismatica y professional,era Johanna M.Garcia, y la verdad me senti sumamente comodo y me atendio muy bien, una persona super professional y conocedora de su trabajo.
